The Met Church in Houston is seeking an Adult Discipleship Pastor to strategically lead the church’s adult ministry, fostering spiritual growth and equipping individuals to live out the mission of the church through relational discipleship. You will develop strategies to empower small group leaders, create pathways for growth, and collaborate with staff to promote a healthy disciple-making culture across the ministry.
