Steel Production Worker COMPENSATION: Starting at $16.00 per hour LOCATION: Belleville, MI JOB TYPE: Full-time SWING SHIFT:5:00 AM - 3:00 PM and/or 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM Must be willing to change shifts on a 5-day notice (Non-negotiable)

JOB SUMMARY: As a Steel Production Worker, you will engage in various tasks associated with reprocessing steel parts, including power-washing, sorting, loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties. This role involves working in a warehouse-type building, predominantly open to the outside, and may include working on elevated platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Power-washing steel parts. Sorting, loading, and unloading materials. Operating machinery related to steel production. Engaging in shipping, receiving, and general cleaning duties. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Great Location: Conveniently located near the airport area, reducing commuting hassles. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:$16.00/hr during the probationary period (0-90 days). Increase to $17.00/hr after 90 days. Further increase to $18.00/hr after 6 months of employment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Physical fitness for heavy lifting and physical exertion. Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening. Previous industrial experience preferred; knowledge of steel production processes is a plus. Shift flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work schedules. Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments and deal with heights.
