CRG Search is seeking an experienced Finance Director for a manufacturing client near Porter, Indiana, to lead a $500M division. This role works with senior leadership to shape financial priorities, improve margins, cash flow, and business performance, while building robust planning and reporting processes. Hybrid work: 3-4 days on site, 1-2 days remote.

Compensation: $190,000 - $210,000 + 20% annual bonus.
