About the role

Build an AI-driven trading system covering traditional and on-chain assets. Collaborate with engineering and data teams for full lifecycle development.
Responsibilities: Discover, construct, and validate trading factors from diverse data sources. Design and optimize prediction models to improve signal accuracy and control overfitting. Lead backtesting and live deployment validation, owning strategy P&L.Build and refine the end-to-end quantitative trading pipeline. Explore AI trading across traditional and on-chain markets.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or above in a quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in quantitative trading strategy R&D.Proficient in Python and skilled in ML/DL applications.
  • Familiarity with market trading mechanisms and data characteristics.
  • Strong research capability and results-driven mindset.
