About the role

About the role: You will run Taplot's social channels day to day. We give you short dramas and a clear strategy; you turn that content into many short-form posts, test what works, and grow the accounts toward agreed performance benchmarks. About Taplot. Taplot is a short drama platform focused on romance stories, with interactive games where players make choices and create their own story. We are a small, fast-moving team building the next format of mobile entertainment.
What you'll do: Create and edit short-form videos from our short dramas, cutting each piece several ways to test different hooks, formats and styles. Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips. Schedule and publish posts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter) and other platforms. Spot viral trends and opportunities early, and act on them quickly. Track performance, learn from the data, and adjust what you post to hit growth targets. Turn strategy into execution on your own, with minimal direction.
What we're looking for: Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).Experience scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms. Experience using AI to be more efficient. A track record of finding viral hooks and repurposing long-form content into short-form. Proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable owning your results. Able to commit 3 to 4 hours a day.
Nice to have:
  • Interest or experience in short dramas, AI-generated content, romance games, interactive stories or similar.
  • How to stand out
  • Applicants who can point to specific brands they've worked with, specific experience, or specific metrics they've reached (for example views, followers gained, engagement) will be prioritized. Please include links to accounts or work you've run.
  • Compensation and growth$1,500 to $2,000 per month (3 to 4 hours a day estimated commitment).Performance bonuses tied directly to account growth and benchmark results.
  • After two months, we will consider moving the role to full-time.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
