Customer Correspondence SpecialistThe Customer Correspondence Specialist will support the team with a wide range of activities related to correspondence management and ensuring quality processes are implemented with our corporate clients and consumers. The primary areas of responsibility include:Prepare customer correspondencesPerforming quality assurance of collection correspondence(s)Establishing and maintaining relationships and communications with Firm personnelPosition Requirement:Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, legal, or similar field.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills; communicating complex issues to internal and external audiencesExcellent keyboarding and software skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Able to support team members and move between assignments as needed to meet business objectives.Highly dependable individuals with exceptional attention to detailWhy Join Us?
