Property and Casualty Insurance Producer - Insurance - Base Salary to 70k/year - Stamford, CTOur client is an established insurance agency offering a strong opportunity for growth and the ability to build and grow your own book of business. They are looking for a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer to join their team in Stamford.
Responsibilities: Sell personal lines and property and casualty insurance products to new and existing clients Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, win-back opportunities, and other client acquisition activities Build and maintain a book of business through ongoing client follow-up and account development Prepare accurate insurance quotes and assist clients with personal insurance coverage needs Work with insurance coverage, underwriting, and rating procedures throughout the sales and quoting process
Qualifications: Experience selling personal insurance or personal lines property and casualty insurance products Experience with insurance coverage, underwriting, rating procedures, and quoting Proven success in B2C and/or B2B sales, new business development, prospecting, or client acquisition Active Connecticut Personal Lines insurance license preferred; candidates without an active license must obtain one within 30 days of employment Must be located within approximately one hour of Stamford or New Haven, Connecticut for full consideration for this position
Compensation: Base salary in the 60k - 70k/year range plus uncapped commission Medical plans 401k matching
