Job brief: We are seeking a Lead of Data Instrumentation & Growth Measurement to serve as theconnective tissue between Product (Web, iOS, Android) and Marketing (Lifecycle, PerformanceMarketing). In this role, you will eliminate data disparity, establish a unified enterprise eventtaxonomy, manage Server-Driven UI (SDUI) dynamic tracking schemes, and lead incrementalitytesting to ensure marketing spend is optimized. You will also oversee performance marketing capabilities, configuring Server-Side Tagging(CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and a targeted GA4 conversion infrastructure. You willpartner with product managers, developers, and specialized agency partners to overhaul ourAmplitude environment and build transparent attribution pipelines. The impact you'll make: Cross-Platform Instrumentation & Governance: Establish and enforce a unified eventdata dictionary across iOS, Android, and Web. Normalize properties, event names, and units(e.g., standardizing timestamps universally to UTC milliseconds). Partner with Product PMsand developers to review pull requests and audit release builds. Amplitude Remediation & Advanced GA4 Architecture: Collaborate with specializedanalytics agency partners to overhaul our Amplitude tracking, fixing data gaps, misfires, andschema issues. Architect a highly custom, targeted GA4 conversion tracking model designedspecifically to isolate key conversion events, passing data through BigQuery to AWS Redshiftto bypass unnecessary cost while maintaining structural complexity. Incrementality Testing & Spend Optimization: Lead our incrementality and holdout testingstrategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads). Leverage verifiedconversion events to measure true media lift and guide marketing budget optimization. Ad Tech, CAPI & Server-Side Tagging: Architect and deploy Server-Side Google TagManager (sGTM) and Meta
