Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experiential Designerto join our innovative design and technology team. What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
Portfolio: A robust portfolio of built experiential lab prototypes, environments, exhibits, installations, or brand spaces, showcasing the journey from sketch to fabrication.
Production Craft: Expert hands-on skills in 3D modeling, spatial visualization, prototyping, and material selection.
Software Tooling: Proficiency using tools like Rhino, Blender, Cinema 4D, Sketch Up, Figma, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
Execution Autonomy: Proven ability to execute complex projects independently without needing a producer or creative director to unblock you.
Mission Alignment: Deep care for tech ethics and a commitment to representing technical capabilities honestly through design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Tech Prototyping: Fluency prototyping in code or with AI tools, with experience in projection-based, sensor-driven, or interactive media.
Scientific Grounding: Background in cognitive science, behavioral science, or environmental psychology.
Event Scoping: Experience designing high-profile technology conferences, keynotes, developer events, or immersive theatre.
Niche Environments: Background working within innovation labs, museums, retail, hospitality, or repeat-visitor workplaces.
Adjacent Craft Depth: Experience in sound, motion, lighting, industrial design, or complex graphic systems.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
