Program Manager – NASA SEWP VI & Inside Sales San Diego, CA (Remote, with in-office as needed) | Full-Time $120K–$140K base | Target total comp $150K–$190K+ Crown Point Systems is a leading Audio Visual Value Added Reseller and Systems Integrator supporting the Department of Defense. We're hiring a Program Manager to own the growth and performance of our NASA SEWP VI contract and to build out our Inside Sales organization from the ground up. You'll be accountable for SEWP VI revenue and gross profit, OEM/agency relationships, RFQ capture performance, and building a scalable, high-performing sales team.
Job Duties: (not limited to): Own SEWP VI program management, compliance, and NASA PMO relations Drive revenue growth through OEM partnerships and federal agency development Lead, hire, and train the Inside Sales team Build KPIs, sales processes, and executive reporting from scratch What we're looking for: 7+ years in federal contracting, tech sales, or program management 3+ years managing sales teams Experience with federal RFQs, GWACs, or contract vehicles NASA SEWP experience strongly preferred U.S. citizenship required; must pass background check Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical/dental/life/LTD, 401(k) match, 12 paid holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.
