About the role
Job TitleWhat you'll doReceive, sort, and process incoming packages from Second-Line Business Partners (SLBPs).Prepare transactions for audit review, ensuring documentation is organized. Verify and match license plates and stickers to corresponding vehicle registration cards. Prepare and package vehicle registration cards, license plates, and stickers for mailing. Support physical quarterly inventory audits to ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance with established procedures. Support physical audits of incoming inventory. Support inventory restocking. Deliver/Pick-up packages from the DMV.Perform general clerical and operational duties as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and hazard-free work environment. Protect the confidentiality and security of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent.
Entry level to 1 year experience (preferably DMV experience).Pass BPA background check.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
General computer skills.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
Must be able to lift 30lbs or more.
Valid CA driver license.
Current vehicle registration and insurance.
Working hours are 8:00am 5:00pm, Monday Friday.
Occasional overtime may be necessary.
Training Requirements:
Complete BPA compliance fundamentals. Complete Level 1 inventory training.
