Job Description:
Job Description The Quality Control role supports aerospace quality standards through inspection, testing, process monitoring, and documentation control. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position performs inspections and audits, verifies measurements using micrometers and calipers, identifies defects, and supports corrective actions. No travel is expected for inspections or audits.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and testing in an aerospace quality control environment.
Perform quality audits and monitor production processes.
Identify defects and support corrective actions.
Apply sampling procedures and maintain documentation control.
Verify measurements using micrometers and calipers.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in quality control.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Root Cause Analysis.
Experience with Quality Management Systems and inspection equipment.
Blueprint reading proficiency.
Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Effective written communication skills.
