Scott Group Studio in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a visionary VP of Production to lead Dyehouse, Yarn, Samples, Stamping, Tufting, Finishing, and Maintenance. You will drive safety, quality, delivery reliability, and capacity across multi-shift operations, while preserving craftsmanship and customization that define our luxury carpets. You will own the integrated production schedule, coordinate sample and production workloads, and manage bottlenecks with practical recovery plans.
