General Operator Our client, an industry leader in agriculture, is seeking a General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting seasonal harvest and seed processing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the: Woodhull, IL
Pay Rate: 19/h Shift Differential:2nd Shift: +$3.00/hour 3rd Shift: +$2.00/hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts, with rotational hours, including weekends What's the Job? Manually sorting corn for rogue ears, stalks, husks, trash, and other debris Throwing discard materials into chutes and reworking corn ears on the reclaim conveyor Sweeping and cleaning the work area at the end of each shift Supporting seasonal harvest activities, including seed crop inspection and seed packaging Maintaining safety and quality standards while performing daily tasks What's Needed? Ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation to the work site and punctuality Willingness to work long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication skills, both verbal and written What's in it for me?
