Senior Project Engineer: Accelerator, a global Division of Mars Snacking, is on the front line of unlocking growth across high-potential categories and brands to fuel what’s next for Snacking. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be a vital technical leader driving the design, installation, and end-to-end execution of capital and engineering projects that give our brands a competitive edge. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in a comparable technical engineering role (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or CPG industry preferred).Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of a designated functional engineering domain—specifically ProcessorPackaging .Engineering Acumen: Strong proficiency across core engineering and capital project fundamentals (Process, Packaging, Electrical, Controls, or Construction Management).Project Leadership: Demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional projects from conceptual design through commissioning and handover.
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing environments or start-up‑style operational agility. What will be your key responsibilities? Project Leadership & Execution:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring safe, secure, on‑time, and environmentally responsible execution.
  • Technical Ownership:
  • Deploy deep functional expertise (Process/Packaging) to deliver high-quality technical solutions that provide a tangible competitive advantage.

  • Partner closely with cross‑functional project teams, site technical staff, and local engineering communities, empowering members to proactively deliver milestones.

Thebase pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, andexperience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the positionand employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of applicablepolicies andplans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part‑time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid‑time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule):120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays. USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
