Location: Remote
Compensation: $160,000 to $185,000+ base and STIIdeal Candidate Strong Produce experience leaning toward foodservice with retail exposure. Proven sales success with a business development, strategy and account management acumen.
Position Overview: The Sales Director owns all aspects of national sales, including strategy, account development, and management of the broker, distributor, and selling partner network. The role partners closely with marketing and production to align commercial plans with company objectives.
Lead Responsibilities: Own the national sales number across foodservice and retail channels Develop and execute sales plans, budgets, and go to market strategy Build and manage relationships with distributors, brokers, chefs, and retail buyers Lead new product and program launches, and monitor competitive activity Provide leadership and direction to the sales organization
Desired Skills and Experience: 10 or more years of sales and sales leadership experience in produce or specialty food Proven results selling into both foodservice and retail channels Established relationships with distributors, restaurants, and retail buyers Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Travel: Nationwide
