We are seeking experienced Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialists to support a complex SaaS systems alignment project focused on operational consistency, data accuracy, and cross-system integrity. You’ll apply hands-on expertise in CRM systems, revenue tools, operational policies, and data management to help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing systems to identify operational and policy misalignment. Identify policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate records, permission issues, and undocumented processes. Develop clear operational recommendations for complex or ambiguous SaaS scenarios. Evaluate and improve data accuracy and consistency across interconnected systems. Document reasoning, including change rationale, tradeoffs, and decisions to leave existing processes unchanged. Assess cascading changes across multiple systems and maintain overall operational integrity. Create detailed documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications5–10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation. Direct experience configuring and owning CRM systems, including fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions. Experience with at least two additional SaaS revenue tools, such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or automation platforms. Strong understanding of SaaS operations, data accuracy, reporting, and system dependencies. Ability to evaluate policy conflicts, exceptions, and cascading system changes. Strong operational judgment and ability to document nuanced reasoning and tradeoffs. Professional English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or complex multi-product SaaS environments. Experience managing interconnected systems where changes can create cascading operational impacts. Experience documenting grey areas, exceptions, renewals, and entitlement changes. Strong ability to balance data integrity, operational stability, and business requirements.
Compensation: Competitive compensation of $45–$90/hour. Independent contractor engagement.30 positions available.
