About the role
Body Shop Estimator..Fairway Auto Bodyis seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Body Shop Estimatorto join our team. We are looking for a professional who understands the balance of executing precision metrics while maintaining the highest standard of vehicle collision repair.
Key Responsibilities:
DRP Management: Maintain complete familiarity with Direct Repair Facility (DRF/DRP)programs and manage operations to align with strictDRP scorecardmetrics. Severity Identification: Accurately evaluate collision damage to determine the true severity of a repair. Repair vs. Replace Philosophy: Demonstrate a firm understanding of the economic and structural importance of prioritizingrepair over replacewherever safely possible. Cycle Time Optimization: Manage claims and vehicle workflow with a strong understanding of how estimation accuracy directly impacts overall shopcycle time.
Position Requirements: Licensing: Must possess a valid State Independent Appraiser's License.
Experience:
10+ years of collision estimation experienceis highly suggested. Workflow Savvy: Proven background operating within a high-volume Direct Repair Facility environment. Required Software ProficiencyCCC ONEEstimating. ALLDATA.adas Think. Parts Trader. Entegral(Assignment Manager / Enterprise ARMS).
