About the role

The Behavior Analyst I for the Achievements ABA program at Center for Autism Services, Science and Innovation (CASSI), will provide clinical services, supervision, and case management as directed by the Assistant Director. The role will involve hiring, supervising, and evaluating A-ABA staff, conducting behavioral assessments, designing intervention goals, implementing strategies, caregiver training, ongoing data analysis, and ethical decision making, with supervision of Behavior Technician
