Lease Payment Analyst The Places Finance team is seeking a Lease Payment Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will provide day-to-day finance support for the Places Finance lease portfolio. The Analyst will interact daily with our business partners in Real Estate, Lease Accounting, and our landlords. This role will report to the Finance Manager of the Places Lease Payments Team. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of experience, with a preference for candidates transitioning from 2 to 3 years; ERP experience, dealing with landlords, third-party interactions Experience in payment processing or accounts payable Ability to handle and interpret large data sets Experience with performing and reviewing Landlord Reconciliations Proven track record of successfully managing multiple conflicting priorities Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills Proven financial, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or commensurate experience Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Day-to-Day Responsibilities Review and process lease invoices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Interact daily with business partners in Real Estate, Lease Accounting, and landlords Support the Finance Manager of the Places Lease Payments Team Company Benefits & Culture Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive benefits package
