We set the standard for commercial construction and we're looking for talented construction professionals to join us. This individual will be accountable for providing administrative and business support services to management and the accounting team.Functional Areas of Responsibility:Office ManagementDistribution of mail and other correspondenceAssist in Accounting and Treasury functionsBusiness partner setupScheduling and organizationResponsibilities:Business partner setup/changes in CMiC for Austin Commercial and related joint ventures. Provide backup for Austin Bridge & Road and Austin IndustrialScan and distribute financial reports and bank reconciliationsScan and deposit checks for Accounts Receivable and deposit incoming cashProvides high-level, administrative support for Accounting leadershipInterfaces with key personnel throughout the company to maintain a congenial working relationship with employee-owners, outside clients, and suppliersManage/code expenditures for managementSchedules appointments for luncheons, meetings, etc. and help coordinate including obtaining meeting space, notifying attendees, scheduling catering, etc.Responsible for stocking coffee bars and ordering office and breakroom suppliesMaintain Austin Commercial floor maintenance/equipment requests and arranging necessary repairs, when neededCalendar management and handles travel arrangements for Accounting leadershipPrimary back-up for company receptionist functionsServes in an "as needed" capacity as an administrative back-up to other departmentsPlans departmental and/or other events, including logistics and event schedulesAssists in the preparation of special projectsAdditional duties as assignedQualifications:Seeking 2+ years of comparable administrative support experienceBackground should include document control, preparation of spreadsheets, graphs and charts, desktop publishing, and presentation materialsExpertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent spelling and grammar, strong phone skills, and stellar organizational skillsProfessional, upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, and takes pride in workMust be extremely efficient, organized and resourcefulWe offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and a matching 401K plan.
