About the Role:
Medasource is seeking Technical Dress Rehearsal Testers to support an Epic go-live across a regional network of hospitals. As part of a small testing pod, you'll verify that devices and hardware in clinical areas work correctly with Epic before go-live.
What You'll Do:
Execute test scripts on end-user devices (printers, scanners) in clinical units Confirm devices connect, print, and function correctly within Epic workflows Document test results and log issues accurately in the tracking tool Retest devices after fixes and confirm resolution Work with the TDR Team Lead and on-site staff to keep testing on schedule
What You Bring:
Experience with device testing or desktop/field support in a hospital setting Familiarity with hospital hardware and peripherals Attention to detail and clear documentation habits Comfort working in active clinical areas alongside care teams Ability to travel between sites and work flexible hours around the go-live schedule
Nice to Have: Prior Epic TDR experience Experience on multi-hospital or enterprise rollouts
