About the role
Saint Luke's Health System is seeking an Inpatient Coding Supervisor to lead the inpatient coding staff in a high-accuracy, compliant environment. The role involves overseeing coding activities, providing training, and maintaining policy adherence across the team.
Candidates should hold RHIA, RHIT, or CCS credentials with 3–5 years of inpatient coding experience. An Associate Degree is required, and experience with 3M360 and EPIC is preferred.
