US POWER offers hourly pay, paid training, and bonuses as you build your sales skills. We’re hiring Solar Sales Representatives to speak with homeowners, introduce our solar and home energy solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for experienced Solar Consultants. No solar or sales experience is needed. You’ll receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support as you learn.
Your role: Meet homeowners. Build interest. Book appointments. Our Solar Consultants handle system design, proposals, financing discussions, negotiations, and closing. You focus on creating the opportunity and scheduling the appointment.
What You’ll Do: Connect with homeowners in Los Angeles-area neighborhoods Introduce US POWER’s solar and home energy solutions Discuss electricity costs and potential solar savings in a friendly way Ask simple questions to identify interested, qualified homeowners Book appointments with our experienced Solar Consultants Enter homeowner information and appointment details accurately Follow up with interested homeowners when appropriate Represent US POWER professionally in the community Compensation Earn hourly pay as you learn, plus opportunities to increase your income through results:$18.50 per hour (includes paid training)$50 for every qualified appointment$150 for every resulting sale Weekly performance bonuses based on completed appointment volume Additional commissions when eligible projects reach designated milestones Uncapped performance-based earning potential We’ll explain appointment qualifications, bonus eligibility, commission milestones, and the full compensation plan during the interview.
