Forward Financing is seeking a Lead Total Rewards Partner to architect and scale a global compensation and benefits framework as the company grows. You will design people-centric pay strategies, champion fair and competitive pay, and empower teams across the US, Canada, and beyond. You will lead annual compensation cycles, evolve job leveling, and partner with Finance to maximize ROI on LTIPs while advising senior leadership, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition with advanced market insights and equity
