About the role

Production Helper / Palletizer The ideal candidate will assist in the safe and efficient palletizing of ice products, ensuring quality standards are maintained. This role involves working in a refrigerated environment at approximately 40F, where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Palletize ice products efficiently and accurately according to company standards Rotate tasks with a partner to maintain productivity and safety Assist with loading and unloading ice on production lines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors Support other production tasks as needed to meet production goals
Qualifications: Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (~40F)Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads (up to [insert weight]) safely Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus but not required
