Role Overview: This is apart-time, field-based positionfocused on providing in-home patient care, device delivery, trials, and education for compression therapy devices. The role emphasizes building strong patient relationships, ensuring proper device fit, and educating patients on device use and protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Complete device trials, explain benefits, and review costs; schedule and perform product demonstrations; ensure correct sizing and patient comfort; educate patients on device application and therapy protocols; communicate rental agreements and financial responsibilities; respond to patient questions; prepare for in-home visits; collaborate with internal teams; escalate patient concerns; utilize translation resources when needed; comply with regulations; travel extensively within assigned territory; work professionally with colleagues; and align with organizational mission and goals.
Qualifications & Skills: High School diploma or GED, with at least six months of healthcare experience; preferred certifications; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to learn technology and software quickly; self-motivated and independent; flexible travel capability; and physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform necessary movements for patient care.
