About the role
The Cape's independent urology practice is adding a partner-track urologist. Urology Associates of Cape Cod is the largest urology group on Cape Cod — independent and physician-owned for more than 40 years, and in the middle of a deliberate reinvestment in its people, facilities, and technology.
What you'd walk into:a collegial group of five physicians and four advanced practice providers with genuine subspecialty depth — a fellowship-trained robotic and minimally invasive surgeon, a nationally recognized prosthetic urology and men's health program — and the infrastructure to practice well: on-site certified laboratory (urine, microscopic, and molecular testing, with in-house pathology coming), on-site ultrasound, office-based procedures, and in-house billing. Surgery and urology call are at Cape Cod Healthcare, minutes away.
The role:
general urology with room to build your own focus — we're especially interested in candidates with an interest in female pelvic health, though strong general urologists of every stripe should talk to us. Clinic across two offices (Yarmouth Port on historic Route 6A, and North Falmouth on the Upper Cape), a robust referral base, and a schedule built by physicians who own the practice and answer to nobody else.
The track:a genuine, defined path to partnership in a practice whose owners work beside you.
The life:you'd live and practice on Cape Cod — beaches, harbors, and a community your patients belong to. Boston is 90 minutes when you want it, and mercifully far when you don't.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
