About the role

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a Compensation Director on the North America Rewards team. This hybrid Parsippany, NJ-based role partners with HR and Finance to shape compensation and recognition policies that attract, retain, and motivate talent while upholding Ferrero’s core values. You will lead the year-end compensation cycle, oversee mobility and expatriate programs, support budgeting, and drive benchmarking and job evaluation initiatives for a global rewards roadmap.
