About the role

Temporary Administrative Assistant (3+ Month Assignment) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative and project-related tasks. This position is expected to last approximately 3 months, with the potential for an extension depending on business needs and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately across multiple systems
  • Assist with administrative projects and process updates
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Analyze and organize data using Excel functions and tools
  • Update records and ensure data integrity within company systems
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Work within the company's ERP system (Traverse) to enter and update information
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
  • Pivot TablesVLOOKUP (or equivalent lookup functions)
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Traverse is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Position Details:
  • Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension
  • Part-time schedule starting at approximately 20 hours per week
  • Hours may increase to as many as 35 hours per week based on project needs
