About the role

Leading strategic communications and organizational change management initiatives, the full-time Communications Strategist & Organizational Change Management Journeyman will support USCIS BPIMSS programs by developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training materials, primarily through telework with occasional onsite support in Camp Springs, MD. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with USCIS and DHS priorities Conduct change-impact assessments and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions Create executive communications and training materials to support organizational change initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in communications or change management supporting Federal programs Direct experience with USCIS operations and communications Proven ability to develop executive-level communications and messaging Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and organizational change management Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
