About the role
RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer for the Asheville, NC site to lead the Global Ethics & Compliance program. You will work independently and with cross-functional teams to resolve complex ethics issues, develop policies, and strengthen the Speak Up culture across the site.
Candidates should have 10+ years in ethics/compliance or 7+ years with an advanced degree, and must be a U.S. citizen.
