Medical Scribe
Minimum Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role Ability to expertly document patient care and transcribe patient appointments Assure the accuracy of all documentation and records Advanced computer skills to transcribe and record information across our network Keep the privacy of all patient information that you learn throughout your duties Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good bedside manner and interpersonal skills to communicate with patients effectively High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Collaborating with physicians Performing clerical tasks such as printing out lab reports and charting doctor's appointments Operating electronic health records Anticipating the needs of the physician to ensure efficiency in a clinical setting Transcribing patients' medical histories Taking note of medical examination findings Updating digital patient records in EHRDocumenting scribe notes in the correct format in EHRProviding additional patient support when needed Other 'Clerical' task as needed Document test results Document diagnoses Document treatment plans Assist with ordering tests when needed Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments when needed Ensure that the physician has up-to-date information on patients Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
