Senior Virtualization Administrator
Location: Alexandria, VA area preferred (Northern VA)
Duration: 5-YEAR Contract (On-Site)
Visa: MUST be US Citizen or GC Holder, NO EXCEPTIONS.Tax Term : C2C and W2Security clearance: MINIMUM Public Trust Clearance REQUIRED or able to obtain prior to starting (Any higher clearance would be helpful).
Required Skills: This following are REQUIRED for this position:
  • Public Trust or the ability to obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • MINIMUM 7 years leading virtualization administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the management of VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrable skills with NSX, Operations, and vSAN components of VCF (as mentioned above)
  • Automating IT administration and server provisioning through tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Automation, Azure CLI, PowerShell, VMWare PowerCLi, and Terraforms.
  • Integrating infrastructure tool APIs to enable the deployment of Infrastructure as Code integrated with CI/CD deployment pipelines.
Preferred Skills:
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
  • Required, no exceptions)
