About the role

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. is seeking a full-time research scientist to lead loop engineering or AI infrastructure research efforts. You will own research questions, methods, and written results, working on AI-assisted hardware/software co-design flows and full-stack memory-system optimization. You will measure designs for power, speed, area, and workload performance, and design reusable co-design loops with tools like CHIA, Chisel, XLS, and RTL simulators.
