About the role
To support the evaluation of AI chatbots, the contracted Thai AI Evaluator will engage in hands-on assessments of AI models remotely, providing insights to enhance their capabilities while enjoying flexible hours and the ability to work with other clients.
Key responsibilities
Test and evaluate AI chatbots through structured conversations using assigned goals and prompts
Conduct voice-based interactions with AI models, submitting recordings and written deliverables as specified
Provide feedback and insights to inform model development and optimization based on evaluation experiences
Required qualifications
Native or expert-level fluency in Thai as spoken in Thailand
Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills
Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models
Comfortable with both written and voice-based conversation
Able to pass a language proficiency and technical literacy assessment
