About the role

About us: We're a US ag-tech company. We manufacture InteliGel, a patented delivery platform and an inert carrier for other inputs. It goes into the soil at planting, holds water in the root zone and releases it as the soil dries, addressing water scarcity, nitrogen efficiency and soil erosion. It has been through multi-year field trials with research farms across the Midwest and West.
The role: You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll turn interest from our marketing campaigns and webinars into real conversations, guide clients through our materials, and build long-term relationships with them. This is a consultative, relationship-driven job. We don't use scripts, high-pressure tactics or claims the data can't support.
What you'll do: Respond to inbound leads from our digital campaigns and webinars, and run introductory calls. Present the company, product and investment opportunity clearly and accurately, using approved materials only. Co-host and present in company webinars, handle live Q&A, and follow up with attendees afterward. Answer every inquiry immediately, and keep relationships warm between conversations. Log every contact and conversation in the CRM, and keep your pipeline current for weekly reporting. Work with marketing and content on client messaging, and feed back the questions and objections you hear. Coordinate with leadership and legal to move interested clients through to closing.
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in investor relations, wealth management or private markets
  • A record of building trust with high-value clients and moving them to a decision.
  • Confidence presenting on camera and speaking to groups, both live and in webinars.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • The ability to learn a technical product quickly and explain it clearly and credibly.
  • Disciplined CRM habits and honest, accurate forecasting.
  • Strong ownership: you finish what you start, follow up the same day, and raise problems early.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, distributed team where processes are still being built
  • Strict discretion with confidential company and client information.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
