About the role
- 2+ years in experience in operations or back of house supervisory capacity, in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively analyze information.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal policies and directives.
- Attention to asset protection and inventory control.
- Experienced with technology to fully utilize internal systems as well as external shipping software programs.
- Regular in-person work at a Company-designated work location is an essential function of this position.
- Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
- The hourly range for this position is $23.38 - $29.26 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
