In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events to ensure effective time management.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by various departments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
