About the role

Location: Miami, FL (office-based role)
Reports to: Chief Sales Officer (UK based)
Team: 3x Account Managers & 2x Sales Development Representatives About usecure
At usecure, we're transforming how organisations manage human cyber risk. Our fast-growing SaaS platform helps businesses automate security awareness training, run real-world phishing simulations, and simplify compliance — building a stronger security culture for customers around the world. We're a UK-based, investment-backed company with an established global presence, including a growing footprint in North America (NAM) built through our channel partners. By focusing on the MSP channel and SMB market, we've built a distinct, defensible position in cyber security. We're now taking the next step: building our first office-based US sales team to accelerate that growth.
The Opportunity: We're looking for a dynamic, process-driven Sales Manager to lead our US team from the front. You'll take on a small team, sharpen our sales playbook for the US MSP market, and partner closely with our UK-based HQ as we scale. There is real scope to shape headcount and strategy as the region grows. This role requires a hands-on sales leader on the ground, particularly during the early phases. This means exemplifying standards for your team, executing strategy, driving key initiatives and opportunities, building pipeline, and creating an operating rhythm that balances day-to-day autonomy with tight collaboration across time zones. You'll be the de facto leader in North America, acting as a conduit between what’s happening in-territory and the wider business. You’ll run weekly cadence with the CSO on pipeline, forecasting, and strategy, with ownership of leading the floor, coaching reps, and running the day-to-day operations of the US Team. If you’re motivated by leading from the front and can set vision, build processes, and develop people, this role will enable you to thrive.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
