About the role
To support enterprise-wide resource management, the full-time Senior Resource Management Manager will oversee global resource assignments, capacity planning, and demand forecasting while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Manage resource assignments and capacity planning to align with client and project needs
Monitor current and future capacity, utilizing project forecasts and sales pipelines to anticipate demand
Establish and drive consistent resource management standards, including reporting and data governance
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or project operations within a CRO or biopharmaceutical environment
5+ years of management experience
Working knowledge of clinical research and drug development operating models
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with resource planning systems
