Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Director of Operations located in New York, NY. The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing regional teams, developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role also includes budgeting, resource allocation, and the analysis of operational performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Strong Operations Management skills to oversee and streamline daily operations. Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and making data-driven decisions. Proven Team Management skills to lead regional teams effectively. Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation. Exceptional Customer Service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on-site in New York, NY.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
