The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis functions. This role requires the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors, delivering actionable financial insights, and driving accountability for financial and operational performance. The VP of FP&A will also be instrumental in the evolution of financial processes, analytics, systems, and AI-enabled decision support capabilities. Applicants for the VP of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or Master's degree. A minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business finance leadership, and a proven track record of partnering with executive leadership to drive financial and operational performance. Key skills include exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities, strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and strategic planning, and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, financial planning software, and data analytics tools.
