About the role

RRD is seeking a VP of Operations in Monroe, WI to lead the plant's safety, quality, productivity and financial success. You will drive strategic plans, allocate capital and optimize facilities/systems while guiding teams through development and training initiatives. Responsibilities include enforcing safety and quality standards, managing budgets, mentoring leaders, collaborating with Sales, and reporting to Corporate.
