The Diesel Engine Service Specialist* role goes beyond the typical diesel mechanic position. As a Diesel Engine Service Specialist, you’ll take on a wide variety of responsibilities, including hands-on engine repairs, technical problem-solving, product training, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring variation in your day. Diverse Technical Challenges: Work with traditional diesel/gasoline/LPG engines, hybrid and electric solutions.

Dynamic Work Environment:
Engage in both in-shop and on-site repairs, application testing, and advanced diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on engine repairs in our shop or at customer sites.
Handle technical and parts inquiries via phone and email.
Manage assigned service tickets and prioritize critical needs, such as unit-down situations.
Conduct product training sessions, combining presentation skills with hands-on instruction.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and assist with product testing and design.
Support warranty claims and manage service work orders effectively.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED.5 years of technical service experience (preferred).3 years of internal combustion engine repair experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with computer-based tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Travel Requirements:
