We are seeking experienced Equity Research and Investment Analysts to support a project focused on advanced financial analysis, modeling, valuation, and sector research. You’ll apply your expertise to evaluate real-world equity research workflows and help improve how AI systems analyze financial markets and investment opportunities. No prior AI experience is required — your equity research expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate datasets representing real-world equity research analysis.
Analyze earnings reports, estimate revisions, and peer benchmarking.
Evaluate company models covering revenue, margins, cash flow, and valuation drivers.
Produce concise research summaries and event-driven updates.
Develop and articulate investment theses using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Identify key industry trends, sector metrics, and company catalysts.
Provide feedback on research data quality and improve financial analysis content.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in equity research, including direct ownership of company models and written research.
Experience covering multiple companies across several earnings cycles.
Strong financial modeling, earnings analysis, valuation, and peer benchmarking skills.
Ability to connect business drivers, financial outcomes, and valuation.
Deep expertise in at least one industry sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing and defending investment theses and research views.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background as a Sell-Side Research Associate, Research Analyst, VP, or Director.
Experience independently maintaining comprehensive company models.
Strong expertise in event-driven research and earnings analysis.
Proven ability to provide specialist sector insights and high-quality investment research.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation of $175–$300/hour.
