Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities: Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, with precision and a focus on safety to ensure efficient project completion. Conduct daily inspections of equipment to maintain optimal performance and identify potential issues before they arise. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates and address any operational challenges. Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, contributing to the longevity and reliability of our machinery. Document and report equipment usage and any incidents, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required: Pass a drug screen and a background check Must have Crusher experience 2 years of experience
Physical Requirements: Vision: Adequate to enter and read material on computer screens.
