About the Role: The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for its National Security Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, leading, selling, and delivering large, complex programs across various national security agencies. This role demands a strategic vision, exemplary relationship management skills, and the ability to partner effectively with sales and delivery teams to grow profitable accounts. The Senior Managing Director will be integral to the company's growth strategy, focusing on cultivating trusted, long-term relationships with key clients, and aligning their interests with the company's capabilities. Key responsibilities include advising and consulting with senior leaders, providing oversight and coaching to business development and delivery teams, and shaping core solutions based on industry trends and client discussions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA desired), at least 15 years of leadership experience in the national security market, and a strong background in sales, account management, or operational P&L within a management consulting, IT, or professional services organization. A minimum of 10 years in project management and delivery of IT and professional services with large clients is required. The role also demands a proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and leading senior-level direct reports, as well as experience in managing performance metrics and P&L. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, exceptional leadership and management skills, and the ability to forge new relationships.
