Job Description: The ideal candidate will be familiar with the printing and sign-making industry and comfortable communicating with customers, preparing estimates, and helping coordinate projects from the initial request through production.

Responsibilities: Assist customers by phone, email, and in person Gather project specifications and prepare accurate quotes Follow up with customers regarding estimates and orders Enter and organize job information Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams Help ensure projects are completed correctly and on schedule Maintain professional and friendly customer communication
