About the role

Providing comprehensive support to key partners, the full-time remote Partner Support Specialist will manage relationships with payroll and CPA partners, ensuring a high-quality experience while addressing escalations and implementing tailored solutions to enhance partner satisfaction. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for payroll and CPA partners, offering proactive and reactive support Facilitate collaboration between internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions for partners Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures documentation for the partner support team Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Partnership, Sales, or business development environment Proven experience with strategic partnerships for consumer-facing web services and SAAS products Ability to anticipate partner needs and adapt to a fast-paced environment Experience using a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce, to analyze service performance metrics Strong understanding of the Human Interest partner process and its demands for success
